Being the family head on the plan, I can't use any other account for the free trial to test this out since it does not allow non family heads to share their subscription.Īny help would be great. ![]() Since I used that trial I cannot use the 14 day trial that literally became available right after my trial expired and was informed by an agent that they do not have information on how long I must wait before free trials become available to my account. ![]() Unfortunately I cannot test this myself without spending $65 since two weeks ago I tried the lousy 48 hour free trial that in no way gave me enough time to see if this would work for my family. I even referenced the YouTube tv page that states you get 3 streams in addition to the unlimited, but the agent said that is incorrect and YouTube needs to fix this. Once ANY OUTSIDE streams are used, the unlimited feature become completely disabled. ![]() So I tried talking to a second support agent.Ģ: You only have one household that can have unlimited determined by a wifi network. I thought this was great, but after reading posts here, seems like testing done by other people, this information didn't completely hold truth. All other streams will abide by the 3 outside network stream limit. However the household can change IF another house has more active streams AND is in the same zip code. I have spoken with two different customer support agents and received two different answers: 1: unlimited Streams is designed for one household. Understanding how the unlimited Streams for my family plan would work is the main deciding factor if I will subscribe to YouTube tv or not. All prior posts still left me unsure or more confused. I know this has been asked before, but I was wondering if anyone had clear and cut knowledge of this.
